Adbox PPC

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 18, 2026

This policy explains how Adbox PPC collects, uses, stores, protects, shares and deletes information. It covers two groups of people: visitors and leads who use our website, and Amazon sellers who hire us and connect their Amazon accounts to our application.

Who We Are

Adbox PPC is an Amazon advertising agency based in the Philippines. We manage Amazon Sponsored Products advertising for Amazon sellers. For the information described in this policy, Adbox PPC is the data controller (for website and lead data) and a service provider to each seller (for that seller's Amazon data).

Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you contact us, book a call, or submit a form, we collect details such as your name, email address, WhatsApp number, Amazon store name, and anything you include in your message.

Usage data. We may collect basic usage data (for example pages visited, browser and device data, and approximate location) through cookies and analytics tools.

Amazon Seller Data

When an Amazon seller hires us, the seller may authorize our application to access their Amazon data through Amazon's Selling Partner API and Amazon Ads API. The seller gives this permission on Amazon's own authorization page and can remove it at any time in Seller Central or the Amazon Ads console.

  • What we access: business data about the seller's own store, such as sales and units totals, inventory levels (including stock in Amazon Warehousing and Distribution), listing and catalog details, prices, fees, settlement reports, search term data, and advertising performance.
  • What we do not access: we do not request or store Amazon buyer personal information, such as buyer names, addresses, phone numbers or emails. We do not request Amazon's restricted data roles.
  • How we use it: only to manage that seller's advertising and to prepare that seller's reports. We never use one seller's data for another seller.
  • We never sell it. We do not sell, rent or trade Amazon seller data, and we do not use it for any purpose the seller has not hired us for.

How We Use Information

  • To respond to inquiries and provide requested services (for example audits and consultations).
  • To manage Amazon advertising for the sellers who hire us, and to report results to them.
  • To operate and improve our website and lead forms.
  • To communicate with you about your request (email or WhatsApp) and send updates you asked for.
  • To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.

Where laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR apply, we rely on these legal bases:

  • Contract: to provide the services a seller hires us for, including processing their Amazon data.
  • Legitimate interests: to reply to inquiries, run and secure our website, and improve our services.
  • Consent: for non-essential cookies, where the law requires it. You can withdraw consent at any time.
  • Legal obligation: where we must keep or disclose information by law.

Cookies & Tracking

We may use cookies or similar technologies to improve site functionality and measure performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some site features.

Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information or Amazon seller data. We only share information with service providers who help us run our business, and only as much as they need to do that job:

  • DigitalOcean (United States): hosts the servers and database where Amazon seller data is stored.
  • GoHighLevel: forms, CRM and call scheduling for leads.
  • Website hosting, email and analytics providers, for the website and our communication with you.

Our team members and contractors who handle seller data work under confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

International Transfers

Adbox PPC operates from the Philippines, and Amazon seller data is stored on servers in the United States. This means your information may be processed outside the country where you live. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as our providers' data processing terms including Standard Contractual Clauses.

Data Retention & Deletion

  • Amazon seller data: kept only while the seller is our client and our access is active, and only as long as it is needed to provide our services. When a seller removes our access or stops working with us, we stop collecting their data and permanently delete it within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep part of it longer.
  • Lead and contact information: kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted, unless you become a client.
  • Deletion on request: you can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected].

Security

We protect information with administrative, technical and organizational safeguards, including:

  • Encrypted connections (HTTPS / TLS 1.2 or higher) for all data sent to and from our systems.
  • A private database that is not reachable from the public internet.
  • Access limited to authorized team members, with login protection on every system.
  • Amazon access granted only through Amazon's official authorization, which the seller can remove at any time.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and review our safeguards regularly.

Security Incidents

If we detect a security incident that affects Amazon seller data, we notify Amazon within 24 hours, as Amazon's Data Protection Policy requires, and we notify the affected sellers without undue delay. We also notify regulators where the law requires it.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • access the information we hold about you
  • correct information that is wrong
  • delete your information
  • object to or limit how we process it, or stop us sharing it
  • receive a copy of your information in a portable format
  • withdraw consent where we rely on consent

To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We reply within 30 days.

You can also complain to a data protection authority. In the Philippines this is the National Privacy Commission. In the UK it is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). In the EU, including Germany, it is the data protection authority where you live or work.

Children’s Privacy

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top. If a change affects how we handle Amazon seller data, we will tell our clients directly.
