These terms apply to the Adbox PPC website and to the services we provide to our clients. By using our website or hiring us, you agree to these terms.

Who We Are

Adbox PPC is an Amazon advertising agency based in Fairview, Quezon City, Philippines. We manage Amazon advertising for Amazon sellers.

Our Services

We manage Amazon Sponsored Products advertising and related reporting for sellers who hire us. The exact scope, price and length of each engagement are set in the written agreement or proposal we agree with each client. If that agreement and these terms say different things, the agreement wins.

Access to Your Amazon Accounts

To do the work, you may give us access to your Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Ads accounts, or authorize our application through Amazon. You confirm that you have the right to give that access. You can remove it at any time. How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Your Responsibilities

• Give us correct information about your products, goals and budgets.
• Keep your listings, stock and account in good standing with Amazon.
• Follow Amazon's policies for your own account.
• Tell us quickly about changes that affect your ads, such as price changes, stock problems or new products.

Results

Amazon sales depend on many things outside our control, such as stock, pricing, competition and changes Amazon makes. We work hard to improve your results, but we do not promise a specific result unless it is written in your agreement.

Payment

Fees and payment terms are the ones in your agreement or proposal. Your ad spend is paid by you directly to Amazon and is separate from our fees.

Ending the Service

Either side can end the service as set out in the agreement. When the service ends, we remove our access, stop collecting your data, and delete it as described in our Privacy Policy. Campaigns and settings we built in your account stay in your account.

Limit of Liability

To the extent the law allows, Adbox PPC is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost sales. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Confidentiality

We keep your business information private and only use it to provide our services to you. We do not share your results or data publicly without your written permission.

The content on this website is for general information. It is not advice for your specific business until we have reviewed your account. Please do not copy our content without permission.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
